Responsibility
- Contact and engage potential clients via phone, email, or digital platforms to discuss insurance needs.
- Educate clients on various insurance products (life, health, property, etc.) and recommend tailored solutions.
- Assist clients in completing applications, documentation, and policy selections.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance or sales experience required—full training provided!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English required).
