Responsibility
- Contact and engage potential clients via phone, email, or digital platforms to discuss insurance needs.
- Educate clients on various insurance products (life, health, property, etc.) and recommend suitable plans.
- Assist clients in completing applications, underwriting processes, and policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and policy details in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English required).
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
