Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one or small-group online English lessons for students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Develop and deliver engaging, personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs.
- Utilize interactive digital tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress through regular assessments.
- Collaborate with the ET-Phone team to refine teaching methods and share best practices.
- Maintain a professional and motivating virtual classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching styles to accommodate diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve instructional skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred but not mandatory for experienced teachers).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in ESL or online education.
- Excellent English proficiency (native or near-native level) with clear pronunciation and communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Strong technical aptitude for using online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, proprietary software).
- Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity to connect with students from different backgrounds.
- Availability to commit to a full-time schedule with flexibility for peak teaching hours.
