In this dynamic role, youâll act as the bridge between sales and long-term client relationships, guiding new customers through onboarding with expertise, empathy, and efficiency. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, from contract signing to full platform adoption, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Develop and deliver customized onboarding plans tailored to each clientâs business needs and objectives.
- Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations to educate clients on platform features and best practices.
- Proactively identify and resolve onboarding roadblocks, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Product) to expedite solutions.
- Monitor client progress during onboarding, tracking key metrics (e.g., login frequency, feature usage) and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Gather and document client feedback to refine onboarding processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client communications, and milestones in CRM systems.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster long-term retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing client needs.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new software and platforms.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
