Responsibility
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide insights to improve service delivery and operational workflows.
- Participate in onboarding new clients, guiding them through platform features, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying pain points and proposing scalable solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to develop expertise in client success tools, CRM systems, and industry best practices.
- Support ad-hoc projects that drive business growth and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Passion for customer service and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of adaptability and teamwork.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in customer support, sales, or operations is a bonus.
