Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with client job openings across various industries (hospitality, tech, finance, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in Baliās job market.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Leverage job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top talent and expand your candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences by delivering timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, recruitment tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets in a commission-based environment.
- Familiarity with Baliās job market, including industries like hospitality, tech, and finance, is a plus.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid setting.
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
