Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees across the Bali region, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other key locations.
- Collaborate with regional managers and department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements through needs assessments and performance reviews.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (both in-person and virtual) on topics such as leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements as needed.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia presentations, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Coordinate with external training providers and vendors to source specialized training solutions and certifications for employees.
- Monitor and report on training participation, completion rates, and ROI to senior management, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate training to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge and relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related HR function, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience conducting training needs assessments and developing customized learning solutions based on organizational goals.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to conduct on-site training sessions.
