Responsibility
- Manage and optimize GoHighLevel accounts for clients, including CRM, automation, and pipeline setup.
- Create and maintain sales funnels, email campaigns, and SMS workflows.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve client outcomes.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and client communication.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the team to resolve platform-related queries.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and training them on GoHighLevel features.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across client accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, or sales funnels is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
