Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom automation workflows in GoHighLevel to streamline client onboarding and business processes.
- Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing GHL systems for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs) to enhance functionality and data synchronization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices for internal and client reference.
- Train clients and team members on GHL automation features and best practices.
- Stay updated on GoHighLevel updates, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio of successful automation projects.
- Deep expertise in GoHighLevel CRM, automation workflows, and API integrations.
- Proficiency in Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation tools for seamless integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex automation issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with client onboarding, CRM management, or digital marketing automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for custom GHL solutions is advantageous.
