Responsibility
- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using modern technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or similar).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security in a fintech environment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, from frontend to backend.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform functionality.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in a startup or fintech setting.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Django, Flask, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with financial systems, payment gateways, or blockchain is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
