Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data needs, and deliver insights that drive business growth.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
- Automate and optimize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices for data visualization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI tools, data analytics, and industry standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Certification in Power BI (Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is highly desirable.
