Responsibility
- Data Interpretation & Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for service improvement and resident satisfaction.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Predictive Modeling: Design and implement statistical models to forecast demand, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder Presentations: Present findings and recommendations in clear, compelling formats tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tool & Technology Evaluation: Stay ahead of industry trends by assessing and adopting new analytics tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for creating interactive dashboards.
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong foundation in statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to approach complex problems with a structured, analytical mindset.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate insights to diverse audiences.
- Industry Awareness: Familiarity with real estate, facilities management, or service industries is a plus.
