Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Ensure the reliability and security of hospital systems, including EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and other critical applications.
- Manage internet services and connectivity to ensure uninterrupted access for staff and patients.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and support.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance system efficiency and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions that improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and system maintenance.
- Experience with hospital management systems (HMS) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or ITIL are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
