Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to sales executives and clients.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Track sales performance metrics and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting US-based clients is a plus.
