Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee property workflows, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track client interactions and business opportunities.
- Handle client communications, including emails, calls, and inquiries, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents for executive review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in event planning and logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
