Note: This role operates under the supervision of licensed ENT specialists, ensuring adherence to medical standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibility
- Interpret and analyze endoscopic images and videos to identify abnormalities, lesions, or other clinical findings.
- Generate accurate, detailed, and timely diagnostic reports for allergist offices and ENT specialists.
- Collaborate with ENT supervisors to validate findings and ensure clinical accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality and data security protocols (HIPAA/GDPR equivalent).
- Utilize specialized medical software and imaging tools to enhance diagnostic precision.
- Provide remote consultations to allergists and ENT teams as needed for complex cases.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in endoscopic techniques and diagnostic criteria.
- Participate in periodic training and quality assurance reviews to uphold clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Certification or licensure in medical imaging, radiology, or a related healthcare field (e.g., RRT, RDMS, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in endoscopic interpretation or a similar diagnostic role.
- Proficiency in medical imaging software (e.g., PACS, DICOM viewers) and electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong understanding of ENT anatomy, pathology, and endoscopic procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules to accommodate global time zones.
