Responsibility
- Develop interactive and visually engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Transform storyboards, scripts, and raw content into polished, SCORM-compliant modules.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure alignment with learning objectives and best practices.
- Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, animations) to enhance learner engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses are bug-free and compatible across devices and LMS platforms.
- Optimize course performance for fast loading times and seamless user experience.
- Stay updated with e-learning trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve course design.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement revisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an E-Learning Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing Storyline 360 and Rise 360 projects.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone), and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or animation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
