As an AI Trainer, you’ll help refine and improve Chinese voice recognition systems by providing high-quality voice data, evaluating AI responses, and ensuring linguistic accuracy. Your work will directly impact the development of smarter, more natural AI interactions in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects.

Responsibility
- Record and provide high-quality Chinese voice samples for AI training datasets.
- Evaluate and annotate AI-generated voice responses for accuracy, clarity, and naturalness.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to refine voice recognition models.
- Identify and report linguistic nuances, dialects, or pronunciation issues in AI outputs.
- Follow project guidelines to ensure consistency in voice data collection.
- Participate in feedback sessions to improve AI voice interaction quality.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver assigned tasks on time.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (other dialects are a plus).
- Clear, neutral accent and excellent pronunciation in Chinese.
- Previous experience in voice recording, linguistics, or AI training is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for recording.
- Basic technical skills to use voice recording software and tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
