Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings on the company’s e-commerce platform.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and resolve any fulfillment issues.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email promotions.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of online retail platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
