In this role, you’ll develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to nurture leads, boost conversions, and enhance customer retention. Leverage Klaviyo’s advanced automation tools to create personalized, high-impact campaigns that resonate with audiences. Responsibility

  • Design, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
  • Develop and manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) to improve customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on direct marketing trends and Klaviyo best practices to continuously improve strategies.
  • Report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders, with clear recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in direct marketing, email marketing, or CRM management, preferably with Klaviyo.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting marketing KPIs to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting persuasive, error-free copy.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skills.
