Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
- Manage and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent engagement and brand visibility.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to our target audience.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance analysis.
- Support ad hoc marketing tasks and projects as needed to drive brand growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role in marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools for content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
