Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other non-voice channels with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify recurring customer concerns and escalate feedback to management for process improvements.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a non-voice role.
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, email platforms, and live chat tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Residence in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) is required.
