Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with inquiries about automotive products, services, and promotions.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer concerns, ensuring resolution in the first contact where possible.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems for follow-up and analysis.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to management while proposing proactive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on product features, warranties, and after-sales services to drive informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
  • Stay updated on company policies, automotive industry trends, and product knowledge to deliver expert-level support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales support roles (automotive industry is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent and professional tone.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work full-time in a shift-based environment, including weekends or holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated resilience under pressure and ability to handle difficult customer situations with diplomacy.
  • Familiarity with automotive terminology or willingness to undergo product training.
