Responsibility
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or chat to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Collaborate with ReX™, our AI-powered assistant, to optimize outreach strategies and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointment setting and lead conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align appointment-setting efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in appointment setting and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service roles (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with AI tools or virtual assistants is a significant advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace new technologies.
