Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven learning assistants using large language models (LLMs) to provide personalized student support.
- Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and develop AI solutions that address them.
- Optimize and fine-tune NLP models for educational content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
- Integrate AI systems with existing learning management systems (LMS) and educational platforms.
- Conduct data analysis and performance testing to continuously improve AI model effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends in education and propose innovative applications for the institution.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI solutions with data privacy regulations.
- Document technical processes and provide training or support to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, or generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks for AI model development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with educational technology (EdTech) and learning management systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-driven mindset.
