Responsibility
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the security of the company's digital assets by implementing robust cybersecurity measures and protocols.
- Manage IT compliance with industry standards and regulations, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a strong background in cybersecurity and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, and system security.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse IT team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset for IT planning and execution.
- Certifications in IT management, cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM), or project management (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable.
