Responsibility
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for clients across different time zones.
- Handle email correspondence, including drafting, proofreading, and prioritizing messages to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations using tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and other administrative records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and efficient communication.

Qualifications
