Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients in Bali to assess financial situations and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payments, and recovery progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective collection strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on collection activities and outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and recommend solutions to minimize financial losses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate successful recovery processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, banking, or financial services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software tools.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and debt recovery processes.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance or related field is a plus.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to professional conduct.
