Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, events, and site visits to strengthen partnerships.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably in the energy or sustainability sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
