Based in Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta—you will leverage your bilingual skills (Mandarin and English) to connect with international investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals. Your expertise will drive sales, negotiate deals, and ensure seamless transactions for premium properties in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese investors, buyers, and real estate partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury property market, with a focus on the China segment.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competitor activities in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Prepare and present property portfolios, investment analyses, and tailored solutions to high-net-worth clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and closing deals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and property exhibitions to expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and professional English; additional Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in real estate or luxury markets.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships with international stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of Chinese business culture, investment trends, and real estate preferences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to China for client meetings.
