Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with automotive dealers, showrooms, and individual customers in the Bali region.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for automotive financing products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Provide personalized financial solutions and product recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, dealer visits, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or the financial services industry, preferably in automotive financing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and financing products is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Bali region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
