Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits to clients in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to follow up on overdue payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage timely repayments and resolve payment issues.
- Document all collection activities, including client interactions, payment agreements, and follow-up actions in the company’s system.
- Provide clear and professional communication to clients regarding their payment obligations, terms, and consequences of non-payment.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored to the Bali market.
- Monitor and report on collection performance, including recovery rates, delinquency trends, and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in debt collection practices.
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts or complex cases to senior management for further action.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field collections, credit recovery, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Proficient in using collection management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a motorcycle (SIM C) and willingness to use it for field visits.
