Responsibility

  • Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, including collections and payments, with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial processes with business objectives.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Provide administrative support for audits, both internal and external, by compiling and organizing financial documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and other relevant tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with non-life insurance products and financial operations is a plus.
