Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote personal pension credit products to potential clients.
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable pension credit solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the application and approval process for pension credit products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancement and business growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to pension credit services.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry best practices and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales, with a focus on personal credit or pension products.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial products, particularly personal loans and pension schemes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
