Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, SMEs, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to identify and recommend tailored banking products and services (e.g., loans, deposits, investments).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively cross-selling and upselling banking solutions to existing and new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, compliance, product development) to streamline processes and enhance client offerings.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products to provide informed financial advice.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, client acquisition, and revenue growth to management.
- Participate in local networking events and community initiatives to expand the bank’s presence and reputation in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, retail banking, or wealth management, preferably in a local or international bank.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a client portfolio with a focus on customer retention and growth.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, including loans, deposits, credit cards, and investment services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and banking software is preferred.
