Responsibility
- Develop and implement parent engagement strategies to build strong relationships with families in our childcare centers
- Partner with the Principal to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all parent interactions
- Organize and coordinate parent events, workshops, and center open houses to showcase our programs
- Create and distribute marketing materials (digital and print) to promote our childcare services in local communities
- Manage parent feedback and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop parent communication materials and newsletters
- Monitor and report on parent satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of early childhood education trends and local market conditions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations, marketing, or community engagement
- Experience in early childhood education or family services is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Creative thinker with experience developing marketing materials and campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (Canva, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
