Responsibility
- Process and maintain reinsurance technical accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support broking activities by preparing and analyzing reinsurance data and reports.
- Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and clients to ensure seamless reinsurance transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile reinsurance premiums, claims, and recoveries.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and compliance reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in reinsurance accounts and transactions.
- Provide administrative and technical support to the reinsurance team as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting reinsurance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reinsurance software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
