Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess the feasibility, risks, and returns of potential projects or investments.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business development strategies with organizational goals and financial objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence on potential partners, clients, or acquisition targets to support decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators to inform strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the negotiation and structuring of deals, including financial terms and contractual agreements.
- Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, financial modeling, or corporate finance, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling tools (e.g., DCF, LBO, sensitivity analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights to non-financial audiences.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing high-value business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
