Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support banking transformations.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement plans to ensure alignment and buy-in across all levels.
- Design and deliver communication plans to effectively convey change initiatives to employees and stakeholders.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate training and workshops to equip teams with the skills and knowledge required for successful change adoption.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to align change management activities with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to teams throughout the change process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical, actionable solutions.
- Experience in leading training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies.
