Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with micro-business clients in assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable microfinance products (loans, savings, etc.).
- Conduct field visits to verify client eligibility, document requirements, and ensure compliance with banking policies.
- Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition, loan disbursements, and portfolio growth.
- Provide financial literacy training and advisory to clients to support business sustainability.
- Monitor loan repayment schedules and follow up on delinquencies proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on portfolio performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or sales (preferably in relationship management).
- Strong understanding of microfinance products, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage a diverse client portfolio.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local business landscape is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions (own vehicle/motorcycle is advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
