Responsibility
- Lead and manage business development projects to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint in target regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business expansion initiatives with operational and financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing business lines, recommending improvements to enhance profitability.
- Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and reports to senior management for approval and funding.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure Erajaya remains at the forefront of the financial services sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning within the financial services or banking industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading business expansion projects and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
