This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial inclusion by building strong relationships with micro-entrepreneurs and small business owners, helping them access tailored banking solutions to grow their ventures.

As part of our mission to empower local communities, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our microfinance portfolio while enjoying a competitive salary (IDR 4.7M–5.5M/month), comprehensive benefits, and clear career progression. Benefit from health and employment insurance (BPJS), performance incentives, and a dynamic work environment that values innovation and customer-centric service.

If you are a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for financial services and community development, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in one of Indonesia’s most trusted banking networks.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with micro-entrepreneurs, small business owners, and local communities to identify financial needs and offer suitable microfinance products.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations to ensure compliance with banking policies and minimize default risks.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for micro-loans, savings accounts, and other banking products assigned by the branch.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and education to clients to help them manage their finances effectively and sustainably.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., risk, operations) to streamline loan approval processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and follow up on loan repayments, addressing delinquencies proactively to maintain portfolio health.
  • Organize and participate in community outreach programs, workshops, and financial literacy campaigns to expand the client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using the bank’s CRM and internal systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management within the banking/financial sector (microfinance experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English to engage effectively with diverse clients.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and financial statements of micro-businesses.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, microfinance products, and digital banking tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar) and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about driving financial inclusion in underserved communities.
