Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with precision and empathy.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
