Responsibility
- Deliver high-standard nursing care to patients in compliance with hospital policies and medical best practices.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring individualized treatment.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and treatment progress using electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, fostering a trusting and healing environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control and hygiene standards.
- Participate in emergency response situations, including CPR and first aid, as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Nursing License (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with diverse patients and teams.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care techniques, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and compassion.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
