Responsibility
- Manage and optimize the pharmaceutical product portfolio to ensure alignment with market demands and company objectives.
- Develop and implement category management strategies to enhance product availability, pricing, and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations, including licensing, labeling, and storage requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design promotional campaigns and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals and customers.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to store staff and customers regarding medication use, interactions, and side effects.
- Lead training programs for pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; valid Pharmacist license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, with a focus on portfolio or category management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and inventory management systems.
- Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, and GSP standards.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
