Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring alignment with physician orders and best practices.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while monitoring patient responses and documenting outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on medical advancements.
Qualifications
- Active USRN license or NCLEX passer with valid credentials.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hospital experience in clinical nursing (e.g., medical-surgical, ICU, ER, or specialty units).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and basic computer skills.
