Responsibility
- Administer IV therapies, including vitamin infusions, hydration treatments, and specialized wellness protocols, with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine suitability for treatments and monitor vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
- Develop and implement personalized wellness plans tailored to individual patient needs and health goals.
- Educate patients on treatment benefits, potential side effects, and aftercare to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Ensure a safe, sterile, and welcoming environment by adhering to strict hygiene and infection control standards.
- Stay updated on the latest wellness trends, medical advancements, and best practices in IV therapy and integrative health.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia or eligibility for local registration.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in IV therapy, emergency care, or wellness nursing.
- Proven expertise in venipuncture, IV insertion, and infusion management with a strong focus on patient safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse patient base.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Passion for holistic health, preventive care, and patient education.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
