Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with medical standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans under the supervision of physicians.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress using electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to deliver integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Respond to emergency situations with calm, efficient, and life-saving interventions.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment in accordance with infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Active Nursing License (STR) in Indonesia, with minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep) from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in general nursing, emergency care, or specialized units (ICU, maternity, pediatrics, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is mandatory; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) is a plus.
- Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail in patient care.
