Responsibility
- Provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care to clients undergoing aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation).
- Assist physicians during consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments with precision and professionalism.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and treatment progress using electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare instructions, and skincare regimens to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and clinic hygiene protocols in compliance with medical standards.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals, ensuring readiness for daily operations.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including administering first aid or coordinating with emergency services when needed.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans tailored to individual needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI) or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in dermatology, cosmetic nursing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in aesthetic nursing (e.g., Botox, fillers, PRP, laser treatments) is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology relevant to aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clientele in a multicultural setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
