Responsibility
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (STR) from the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or medical center.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong ethical standards.
- Basic computer skills for electronic medical record-keeping.
